A. We are a fitness class, not a surf lesson. You will be paddling hard like surfers on unbalanced real surfboards. Your ability to balance on the surfboarrelies on working many muscle groups in the body. During this process you will strengthen your core, while simultaneously toning your arms and Great cardio Exercise. Our main goal at SURFERCISE is for you to ENJOY exercising through our special program, get fit and create the body of your dreams while obtaining optimal health both inside and out.

Q. What time should I arrive?

A. We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before the class starts, especially for first time participants. If you are a returning participant, a few minutes prior should be adequate!

Q. How much is the class?

(Rental Surfboard fee, rental wetsuits, photography services and taxes are all included)


For long term tourists, or locals that wanna tryout and know how SURFERCISE works,

3 times pass for $125.00 (valid for 30 days) is another great options! We offer this pass reasonable pricing because as much number of classes as possible you could attend, you will know the difference in your body.

(No classes on Sundays).

Q.  I am an Instagrammer. Can somebody take pictures while class are held?

A. Yes! Our staff will take pictures of you if you wish to be in the pictures. We will send the LINK to your email the day you participate or the next day. The PHOTOGRAPHY service is totally FREE of charge, but we really appreciated if you can post them to your social media, tag us with #SURFERCISEFITNESS and follow @SURFERCISE, and spread the words!

 Every month, a tagged photo will have a chance to WIN 1 FREE CLASS (valid for 1 year).The winner will be announced at the end of every month on our Instagram feed, so post your BEST shots!

Q. What is the duration of each class?

A. Each Class is 30 minutes. Classes commence in the water for full body workout, balance, cardio and core exercises.

Q. Can I join with my kids?

A. Yes!

If they are 5 years or older, they can join our SURFERCISE [FUN] class!



Q. I have never surfed before and I am NOT a strong swimmer.

Can I still join the class?

A. Absolutely! We focus on a variety of balance training using surfboard in the water, which allows you to become fit and healthy. Our class is NOT a surfing lesson. We won’t be catching waves. We stay in the shallow water where adults can stand and touch the sand on the ocean floor. If you wish to go a little further out with the surfboard, we are willing to take you! If you do not want to go further out, just feel free to let the instructors know. Whether you are a good swimmer or bad, please feel free to join us! Our certified instructors are always ready to help. That’s what we are here for!



Q. I heard the water gets colder during winter and I don't like to be cold in the water…

A. NO Worries! We have wetsuits that will be provided free of charge to ensure that you stay warm while you train.



Q. Can I still participate if I have injuries, am sick, taking medication or have bad knees or a hurt back?

A. We regret to inform you that you will NOT be able to participate if you are experiencing these conditions.

 Since this class is all self-responsibility,

we highly recommend that you wait until you are in perfect condition to train with us. The participant will be responsible for any injury, loss, theft, and all other troubles.

*First time participants must read and sign our waiver form online when you make a reservation.



Q. Can I participate in Surfercise if I am pregnant?

A. Unfortunately, this program is NOT designed for women during pregnancy. This is solely for the safety of you and your baby. However, we would love for you to join us after your pregnancy so we can assist you with your post partum body goals.




Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. We have a strict cancellation policy in regards to canceling on the day or the day before. Please read and make sure you understand the terms of our cancellation policy. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please don't hesitate to contact us prior to booking.


Our cancellation policy is as follows.

* If you cancel on the day or 1 day before, 100% non refundable.

* If you cancel 2-6 days before, 50% will be refunded.

* If you cancel 7 days or before, 100% will be refunded.

* Sorry, no exceptions.



Q. Will class be CANCELLED if it is raining?

A. We will NOT cancel class if it is raining. You may notice that it actually feels refreshing and invigorating being sprinkled with Hawaiian rain while you workout.  With that being said, heavy rains can contribute to poor water quality. In the case of a Brown Water Advisory, lightning, other hazardous conditions we will have to cancel class to ensure the upmost health and safety of all of our participants. We will contact you by the phone number or Email address that you provided 30 minutes before class starts at the latest. The cancelled lesson fee will be refunded to you.

Q. What should I wear to class?

A. This is entirely up to you and what you feel most comfortable in. T-shirts,

tank tops, yoga pants, shorts or a fitted bathing suit are just a few suggestions. Keep in mind that you will be exercising both on the land and in the water. Make sure that whatever you wish to wear can get WET!



Q. What should I bring?

A. You may want to bring water, towel, sunscreen, hat, change of clothes etc.


Q. Do you provide a safe place that I can store my valuables?

A. NO. please do NOT bring anything valuable. We will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
